you can find wonder in jaw-dropping scenery one moment, chase

when they day is done, and enjoy the warmth of friendly locals wherever

You've found it. Because Queenstown, New Zealand, has a little bit of magic for everyone.

From epic adventures to hidden gems, we’ve spent years uncovering what
makes this place unforgettable. We’ve done the exploring, and now we
(Dave, Kim and Tim) want to share it with you so that you can jump straight into the best
this stunning area has to offer.
Over the last three decades or so, we've experienced most of Queenstown's unique wonders.
Like riding the Skyline Gondola to the top of Bob's Peak and being blown away by some of the best views on the planet. Cruising Lake Wakatipu on the historic TSS Earnslaw, with the Remarkable's mountain range towering over us. Exploring the charming streets of Arrowtown, a former gold rush village, then heading over the Crown Range (one of New Zealand's finest drives) to the beautiful lakeside town of Wanaka (with the obligatory stop on the way at the Cardrona Hotel). Or even daring to take the 43 metre bungy off the old Kawarau bridge. We've raced up rivers and through gorges on jetboats, and hiked some amazing trails. And we've experienced many of Queenstown's wonderful restaurants, pubs and wineries.
We've done it all.
And we've stayed at a wide variety of accommodation in and around Queenstown, where location can be a crucial choice. Yep, we know where to stay and where not to stay.

After helping many friends and family members plan their Queenstown and New Zealand
holidays, we decided to share our knowledge with a wider
audience, and in 2008 New Zealand Travel Showcase was born.
In 2025 we decided to focus on Queenstown, which continues to grow as a must see destination for visitors from around the World.
